Welcome to Calma Compania. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through our website (the "Store") operated via Shopify. By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us Calma Compania is a company based in the European Union. We produce and sell natural mosquito sprays for personal use, and we are committed to quality, sustainability, and customer care.

2. Products and Descriptions We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to screen differences, slight variations in appearance may occur. Our mosquito spray is a cosmetic product for external use only. Please read all safety and usage instructions before use.
3. Orders and Contract Formation Your order is an offer to purchase. Once we confirm your order and receive payment, a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason. All orders are subject to availability.
4. Prices and Payment All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
5. Shipping and Delivery We deliver across the EU. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk transfer to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays due to external factors or customs.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period) If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, email us at hello@calmacompania.com with your order number and intent to withdraw. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Important Exception: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened cosmetic products (including sprays) cannot be returned. Only unused, sealed products in original condition are eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
7. Returns and Complaints If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@calmacompania.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property All content on our website – including text, visuals, product images, and brand assets – is the property of Calma Compania or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria (or the country where your company is registered). Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Store after changes constitutes acceptance.
